Yoga

Having practiced yoga on and off since high-school, the practice has always held a special place in my heart. But it wasn’t until recently that I began more intentionally investing in my personal practice, through attending classes at local studios; and going through a 200 hour teaching certification program at Leela Yoga Studio.

Yoga has been an incredibly healing practice for me — physically, spiritually, and emotionally. As someone who has dealt with depression and anxiety for most of life, I’ve found that practicing both the physical, and philosophical aspects of yoga have brought a sense of grounding and contentment that I’d not experienced prior.

Since yoga has been such an empowering and transformative practice in my own life, I’m offering donation-based classes to those in the Seattle area throughout the duration of the summer.
